Main differences between DH12 and DH24 are as followings:

1. DH24 is 24L per day , DH12 is 12L per day;

2. DH24 comes with HEPA filter, can be used as a 2-in-1 of dehumidifier and air purifier;

3. DH24 comes with Panasonic compressor, DH12 comes with Chinese brand compressor;

4. DH24 comes with WiFi;

5. DH24 is 5L water tank, DH12 is 2.1L.

Since DH12 nylon filter is washable, default set or 1 extra filter is enough. DH24 comes with HEPA compound filter, like the one used in professional air purifier, so it is very effective. DH24 filter is not washable, you can vacuum the filter to clean. We recommend to buy at least 1 extra filter for DH24 if you also want to purify the air.

Notes with Connecting WiFi for DH24

Dear customer, there is description on the manual for how to connect WiFi , but there are some tip as following:

1.Connect your phone to the 2.4G WiFi instead of 5G, normally your home WiFi has both 2.4G and 5G

2.Use the AP mode instead of the default mode, in this mode, you can find on your phone a WiFi starts with SMART-, may need to wait and fresh.

3. Connect to the WiFi SMART-... then the dehumidifier will build connection with the home WiFi, connection will be done.
