By checking out, you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:

□ The delivery date must be at least 4 business days from the date when the order is placed as we will need time to prepare your orders. Please leave a message upon check out to let us know the delivery date.

□ There will be no Sunday deliveries for orders placed. We suggest you choose a delivery date on Saturdays.

□ No changes can be made to orders less than 2 days prior to delivery dates. They include details like addresses, time slots, no. of candles, and wordings.

□ Additional delivery dates and addresses must be checked out separately.

□ Regular delivery time slots are 10am-2pm or 3-7pm. There will be no provision for fixed time slots.

□ Please make sure that there is someone at the delivery location to receive the order as most of our products must be stored in the freezer. There will be a surcharge of $10 for rescheduling another delivery.

Storage Instructions: To be stored in the FREEZER after collection. Unfinished cake to be kept in the FREEZER and consumed within 1 to 2 days. Before enjoying, thaw for approx. 30 minutes or till slightly soft before cutting.
