Our A5 Snow Beef - The legendary Wagyu is called Cult Wagyu. The cattles are raised in the severe cold of Hokkaido and the marbling patterns resemble snow crystals. The farm used to be a private ranch and the number of cattle is extremely low, our Hokkaido Snow Beef had never left Hokkaido till 2014. Even now that it has become world-famous, they emphasize on quality control, and only a limited number of cattle are shipped.
Our A5 Snow Beef – Yakiniku cut is the best selling product and extremely value for money! This beautifully marbled beef that melts in your mouth was only available to a select few gourmets in Hokkaido. The tender texture, fine marbling, and distinctive bright red and white color contrast distinguish Hokkaido Snow Beef from other Wagyu.
