Exchange/Refund
1. Chatting and customer service applications (return/refund) can be made within 7 days of parcel receipt (excluding weekends).
2. Please apply within 7 days (return/exchange) in the event of a defect or in case of a wrong product shipment.

3. If you exchange/refund, please apply to chat or customer service.(Personal shipment not acceptable)
