Delivery Address: Orders will be shipped only to the address provided during checkout.

Message Customization: Please note that we do not offer any customization options for messages on CAKES AND STRUDELS.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Home Delivery:

We do not deliver to Tuas, South Tuas, Sentosa, or Jurong Island.

(1) Delivery Timing: Same-day delivery is not available. For example, if you place an order on a Monday for Monday delivery, your order will be delivered the following Monday. The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 6 PM.

(2) Specific Products: Crispy Puffs, Durian Mochi, Mini, Half & Full Strudel are eligible for next-day delivery (excluding Chinese New Year).

(3) Other Products: Whole Cakes, Whole Crepes & Heart Shape Strudel require a minimum of 2 days for delivery (excluding Chinese New Year).

(4) Delivery Schedule: Home delivery is available from Monday to Sunday, with time slots between 10 AM - 2 PM / 3 PM - 7 PM.

(5) Holiday Notice: We do not deliver on Chinese New Year.

(6) Delivery Procedure: Please ensure someone is available at home to collect your products. Our friendly delivery agents will contact you to arrange for contactless delivery if necessary.

(7) Refunds/Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or returns are not accepted after collection/delivery.

In Ritz Apple Strudel, we emphasise on freshness of our strudels. We not only aim to serve fresh strudel to customers but also ensure that our delivery service is prompt. We select fresh fruits and prepare them on a daily basis. Overnight storage of the strudels is not allowed so as to protect the welfare of our customers.

Apart from the strudels, Ritz Apple Strudel also offers a selection of pastries and cakes such as cheesecake, brownie, mini puffs, durian puffs, apple pie, strawberry pie, blueberry pie, cherry pie, pecan pie, walnut pie, peach pie, custard puff and many more. The Ritz Apple Strudel believes in research and innovation work thus the current strudels served by the company are the result of the hard work of the founders and staff.
