It is allegedly also a good source of protein, making it a popular choice of fish for post-surgery recovery. Our fish slices come de-skinned for your cooking convenience.

Our fillets contain minimal to no bones as our 9s crew will remove the bones that they can see and feel. However, there may still be small pin bones hidden in between the flesh which we may not be able to spot, so we will advise to exercise caution before feeding young children or the elderly!
