A one-year Arlo Secure subscription. 4K UHD Video Resolution with HDR Arlo Ultra is the first Arlo camera that records 4K video. With 4K, you can capture higher-quality videos, enabling you to see a clearer image with greater detail. Arlo Ultra also uses high dynamic range (HDR), so you can still see clearly in high-contrast settings. The camera automatically determines and adjusts IQ settings based on the external environment to ensure that image quality maintains in shadows or bright lighting. Auto Zoom and Tracking Auto Zoom and Tracking allows for enhanced focus on moving objects with increased clarity and detail. When Arlo Ultra detects motion, it zooms in and tracks the movement while the object is within Arlo Ultra’s field of view. With 4K image capability, video and image detail remain clear even when zoomed in. Color Night Vision Color night vision on Arlo Ultra enables you to see night-time activity in color and with better quality. 180-Degree Viewing Angle Arlo Ultra has a 180-degree viewing angle with auto image correction that, when activated, reduces the fisheye effect. You can adjust the field of view on Arlo Ultra to 180, 155, or 120-degrees field of view. To provide a better viewing angle and 4K video recording, Arlo Ultra uses an enhanced image sensor, new lens, and new streaming architecture. Integrated Spotlight Arlo Ultra comes equipped with a built-in spotlight that activates when motion is detected within Arlo Ultra’s field of view. The spotlight can also be activated manually within the camera’s live stream menu on the Arlo app. Dual Microphones Dual microphones deliver crystal clear two-way audio for remote conversations. Arlo Ultra uses beamforming spatial filtering to reduce noise and wind interference and hone-in on a particular source of audio. Advanced SmartHub The new Arlo SmartHub works with other smart home devices for simplified integration. SmartHub features: 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz dual-band WiFi for faster offload and higher data throughput. A microSD card slot for local storage of streaming content. Magnetic Mounting The mounting procedure for the Arlo Ultra is entirely different from the mounting procedure of previous Arlo wire-free cameras. The new magnetic mount is concave and fits perfectly with the shape of the rear of the camera. This allows a more precise fit between the mount and camera, and it enables new ways to mount the Arlo Ultra camera, including: walls, tabletops, and ceilings. The strong magnetic force between Arlo Ultra and the mount provides peace of mind that the camera will stay in position. Magnetic Charging Arlo Ultra comes with a new, magnetic charging cable that is weatherproof and easily snaps into place. Modular Design Unlike previous Arlo cameras, Arlo Ultra is made of two parts. The camera and battery are together in one part, and the camera housing acts as a protective shell in a second part. This new, modular system allows you to swap batteries, mount to a wall mount, and connect to a charger with more ease than ever before.
