🚚 Installation, Delivery & Disposable of TV

1. Installation of TV & Bracket on any wall is subject to the wall’s condition, TV size and weight. Please approach our Customer Service if you have any queries before placing your order.

2. Free delivery only applicable to lift accessible level and TV set must be able to fit into the lift carrier. Any SET UP requires moving to another floor which couldn’t access via lift would be charged accordingly.

3. Additional charges of $20 will be applied for any sizes of TV disposal. We do not dispose other equipments other than the old TV.

For "Remove TV + Mounting" Installation:

-- To install customer’s own bracket for mounting of TCL TV.

-- Replace the old TV with TCL TV on existing installed bracket, without any removal/ replacement/ reinstallation/ relocation of the bracket.

Note:

*Please take note that this service only consist of demount and mounting, we do not provide the bracket.

TV Installation Terms & Conditions:

1. TCL will not hold responsibility nor be held responsible for lack of compatibility between purchased TV

and third party wall brackets during installation and wall-mounting.

2. TCL will not hold responsibility nor be held responsible for any inconsistencies caused or damages

done to purchased TV from wall-mounting service provided by external installers.

3. TCL will not hold responsibility nor be held responsible for any damages to property from wall-mounting

service provided by installers.
