ezMall Answer: Bestcon is the Broadlink child brand. the RM4C package is Bestcon but uses the same APP as Broadlink. BroadLink RM4 Mini/PRO supports BroadLink HTS2 Sensor Cable while RM4C Mini/PRO does not.

ezMall Answer: Broadlink RM4 mini / RM4C Mini only supports IR (Infrared) functions, while Broadlink RM4 PRO / RM4C PRO supports both IR (Infrared) and RF (Radio Frequency) functions. the easiest way to tell is if you need to point the remote directly at the device you’re trying to control. if needs point to the device then IR, otherwise RF.
