Made using a great mix of wholemeal and rye, our sourdough recipe is made from natural fermentation of our very own Crius Bake recipe! Delicious and healthy for your cafe style food, or just for a simple breakfast!

Available daily! This sourdough is mixed at our shop to ensure a savoury texture, and can be made into sandwiches, toasts, sides, and appetisers as well.

As our products are baked fresh daily, there are no added preservatives, and can only be kept for 3 days at room temperature or 2 weeks in the freezer
