0. "Yellow","pink","blue" and "black/customized"options come with a free box , free key chain, free paper bag, and free card that shown in the first picture. the other options don't have. The free small key will be provided to roll the film back(the design of key and card is randomly). Default box is a glass wooden box shown in the first image

1. You can send your picture to us through my email (happytimebuy@gmail.com) and label them in sequence and put order id as title. plsease send the images within 1 day after you make order, as i need to ship it out in 2 days to avoid a penalty for late shipping. i will keep asking you, but if you dont reply me , i have to send a small item out to trigger shipping first, then you need to come and pickup or topup $3 for next shipping.

2. Please label pictures like 1.jpg, 2.jpg ...........(other image format also ok don't put in pdf or doc, as long as you let me know the sequence on the email). "1.jpg" is the first picture you will see when pull out. ***Note: If you don't specify the sequence in the email and I will just randomly label them without notifying you.

3. I takes 3 to 6 days for the item to arrive your home.

4. item is purely handmade and cut manually, the edge definitely will not be as perfect as using a machine to cut. I will try my best to cut it nicely and please do accept this before making an order. i will not accept refund requests due to this.

5. Note that it is a customized product, No refund will be allowed after I start.

only this option allows to customize the messages for the body sticker, or If you want your own image to be the film casing sticker, you can select "black/customized" color and send me the picture(7.8*3.8cm). the rest option uses the default design, please ask me for more details

7. If you have Spotify code, you can send me as well , please send me the image not link.

8. For "empty box only" options, the number does not have any means, just indicates different box types. if you order this, it is just an empty box without film.

9 For "flower dome" option, pls refer to the image, currently only red/rose red flowers, random send. (it don't have key, a wooden box)

10. How to roll it back?

Please use the golden key and insert to the hole near the keychain, rotate it anticlockwise. Without using key you will feel harder to pull it back by default ( if you feel hard to rotate by using the key, please pull the film out first and rotate it back again). Note that rotate it in the wrong direction may cause some issues to the film which may need to exchange for a new one
