Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. All products are covered with local warranty. Additional charges may be applicable in specific cases.

2. EuropAce retains the right to refuse product exchanges or returns in the event of incorrect model or color ordering. Customers are advised to carefully review their order before finalizing the purchase.

3. Any defects, damages, including cracked screens or physical harm to the device, must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Substantiating evidence in the form of photographs and videos taken during the unboxing process is mandatory. Failure to provide requisite evidence, may lead to EuropAce reservation of the right to dismiss all requests for product replacements or refunds.

4. Customers are required to retain the product packaging for verification purposes. The warranty will be rendered null and void if the product box or any associated store documents are missing. Please note that this warranty does not cover parts and accessories.

5. The warranty does not extend to complimentary items. 

6. Any damage caused by customer, including but not limited to breakage, dents, burns, watermarks, or rust, will invalidate the warranty.

7. This item (Washing Machine) is strictly not refundable / exchangeable / returnable for change of  mind reason(s) under 15 day guarantee. 

8. If defects or dents are identified, it is to be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by a video documenting the state of the item upon receipt. Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the rejection of any requests for refunds or exchanges of goods

9. For non-lift landing levels, an additional charge of $20 for walk-up delivery and $10 for every additional floor will be applied for delivery, installation, or any related services.

10. After the initial setup, please do read the user manual on the minimum clearance required for ventilation and allow the fridge to stand upright for at least 4 hours prior to switching it on.

11. This is designed for residential use only. Any usage in a commercial or industrial application in which this product was not designed for may render your warranty null & void.
