Installation

3. Installation charges based on your window type, from $60 onwards (payable directly to installer)

5. Do note that HDB/URA regulations do not allow portable aircon exhaust air to be evacuated via corridor facing windows.

6. Do note that this unit should be plugged directly into wall outlet directly and use of extension bar/cord is not recommended.

7. EuropAce portable aircons are designed for residential use only. Any usage in a commercial or industrial application in which the product was not designed for may render your warranty null & void.

8. Extension of exhaust hose beyond factory specified length of 1.5m which result in overheating may render your warranty null & void.

While the extended warranty might not appear in the online order system, please be reassured that it has been correctly documented in both this email and our records. If the customer encounters any issues with the product, rest assured that it will be covered for three years from the date of purchase.
