Delivery Terms & Conditions:

- Product will be shipped out within 2 working days

- No specific time request will be accepted

- Any cost incurred due to customer’s inconvenience such as change of delivery address or last-minute amendment will be borne by the recipient

- Due the the sensitivity nature of the product, re-delivery will not be proceeded if customer is unreachable

- Delivery will only be limited to one location per order

- Store product in freezer upon receiving
