IMPORTANT NOTE on Delivery :
* Delivery is 2 to 10 days from date of order. We will contact you 2 days in advance to confirm Delivery Date.
* We Currently only deliver 2 days per week, on every Wed/Thur & Sat
* We only have limited delivery slots and will be allocated on First Order First Serve basis.
* We recommend customers to order 1 week ahead to secure a delivery slot.
NOTE on Fresh Chicken
All our Fresh Chickens are FREE of Growth Hormones and Antibiotics Residual
Also, ONLY whole Chicken is Kampung Chicken. All chicken parts are just normal chickens
All Live Chickens would be slaughtered, at local Singapore Slaughterhouse, the night before actual delivery date.
Why not same day? Because during the slaughtering process, high temperature would be used. After, the chickens would be very hot and require half a day to cool down before we can deliver.
After the cool down process, we will collect early morning from Slaughterhouse and sent directly to customers within same day.
While our Fresh Chickens are the Freshest, there are 2 Issues.
1. During cooling down process, all fresh chickens would be cut, packed and push into cooling room. Some pkts might be "over-cooled" and the surface might be frozen. Please be assured that these are all freshly slaughtered, not frozen chicken
2. Because there is insufficient time to drain off all blood, some pkts might have blood water. Just rinse it before pushing into Freezer.

* All your orders would only be picked up from the First Hand Local Sources on your date of delivery and deliver to you within 12 hours. e.g.
> Fresh Seafood directly from Jurong Fishery Port, as good as from Fishermen's Hands to Your Hands
> Fresh Chicken and Pork directly from Singapore local Slaughterhouse
> Vegetables directly supported by local Organic Vegetables Farms
> Fresh Eggs directly from Singapore local Egg Farms, as good as from hens to your hands
> We currently do not deliver to Sentosa
