Delivery T&Cs

- Please do not select CLOSED option.

- If no delivery timing chosen, we will send the order at default timing.

- Each order ID is valid for delivery to 1 location and 1 delivery date only. Multiple dates in one order ID will be automatically cancelled. Please checkout separately for every address and dates.

- No specific time and requests are accepted.

- Delivery timing will be between 10am - 2pm or 2pm to 6pm via uParcel

- Due to the perishable nature of the product, refunds/returns/re-delivery will not be proceeded if customer is unreachable

- Any cost incurred due to customer’s inconvenience such as change of delivery address would be borne by the recipient

- Any changes in the order details must be communicated to us within 5 working days in advance notice. Last minute requests will not be accepted
