Japanese Soba Noodles Cooking Instructions: 1. Add 1 bundle noodles to 1 quart of boiling water. Return to a boil; cook about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally 2. To serve warm: Drain well. Serve with hot soup base and garnish with chopped green onion & top as desired. 3. To serve fried noodle: Drain well. Heat oil in a skillet and stir-fry with chopped vegetables, meat and seafood, as desired. Add seasoning sauce and continue to stir-fry. Cooking time is approximate.
