The print cavity is convex to allow for writing using melted chocolate, jelly or royal icing.

To make mahjong tiles, use a liquid medium. Jelly, chocolate etc. You may even bake tarts/cookies in it too.

To follow the video, fill up the cavity with white liquid jelly/chocolate first.

To do a contrast green colour, wait for the first white layer to set first. Then pour onto set liquid.

Unmould......then Proceed to write by scraping your text colour as per our video shown.
