COOKING METHOD 烹饪方法 (BOIL 水煮)

1. Fill a pot with water and bring to boil. 将水煮沸。

2. Place all vacuum packages into the pot and simmer for approximately 20-25 minutes. 将产品包装放入沸水中浸泡煮约20-25分钟。

3. Remove the packages from the pot, open up the packages of ingredients and place into the serving claypot.

取出煮热的包装, 去除包装将产品放入砂煲。

4. Pour the sauce over the ingredients and heat it up to serve. 淋上盆菜酱, 加热片刻即可享用。

GARNISHING 摆盘

1. Place the Chinese Cabbage at the base of pot. 首先先将大津白放入锅里。

2. Then, put in the Braised Pork Shank in the middle of pot. 过后将卤蹄膀放在大津白上面中央。

3. Now you can start to decorate the rest of ingredients surrounding the Pork Shank. 现在你能用你的创意将其余的材料摆设在卤蹄膀周围
