Q1. Can I wirelessly charge my iPhone or Android device using the MagEZ Car Mount Pro?

A1. At the moment, MagEZ Car Mount Pro is only compatible with MagSafe compatible cases, iPhone 12, and iPhone 13. You can attach your iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 to the car mount and charge, but for more stable, safe charging, use it together with a MagSafe case.

If you're using an iPhone 13, use a MagEZ Case 2 or New MagEZ Case Pro.

If you're using an iPhone 12, use an Apple MagSafe case, or use the phone with the MagEZ Mount Qi and MagEZ Case/MagEZ Case Pro 2.

Warranty Details:

A defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw produced during manufacturing, including surface defects and wireless charging functionality.

Exclusions:

1. The warranty does not extend to damage from abuse or on purpose, normal wear and tear, alterations, or misuse, demagnetization of magnetic strip bank cards, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (such as scratches, stained magnets, or fading logos). Any damage to, loss of the cardholder’s contents, loss of use, loss of data, or similar are not covered.

2. Customers must provide a valid order number to make a claim.

3. This limited warranty covers only PITAKA products and won’t cover damage to any device or personal property.
