- One-time payment for the protection of our empty 19L & 10L bottles against loss & damage.

- All empty 19L & 10L bottles belong to Pere Ocean & have to be returned to us when it's empty.

- The price listed doesn't include the refundable deposit.

- The refundable deposit amount will vary based on your chosen subscription period & the number of bottles you select.

- Your order will only be processed upon confirming that you have an account with Pere Ocean.

- Deposit will be returned upon account termination & no more future orders.

- Full refund only upon verification there are no lost/ damaged empty bottles & $0 outstanding payment.

ACCOUNT CREATION WITH PERE OCEAN

- An account will be created if you're a new customer.

- We'll provide you with your account number for subsequent orders.

- No additional deposits are collected once an account has been created.

AFTER-SALES SUPPORT: WATER DISPENSER SERVICING

- We offer both off-site and on-site technical support from Monday to Friday.

- Our services include water filter replacement, internal cleaning of your water dispenser as well as repairs.

- We aren’t able to accommodate same-day service requests; appointments need to be booked in advance.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- Your safety and the well-being of our team are our top priorities, so we kindly ask that delivery locations have direct lift access, as climbing stairs might not be feasible during delivery.

- If any product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement.

- Due to multiple handling of the items during transportation, their outer packaging may become dirty, stained, or scratched. However, we want to reassure you that the quality of the items is not compromised.

- If you happen to receive any items of unacceptable quality, please inform us via Chat within 24 hours of receiving them, and we will do our best to find a solution. Kindly provide a clear video/photo proof of the defective bottle/water dispenser and remember to keep its original packaging.
