Frozen Potato Samosa / Samosa Kentang

Store Frozen
Fry:
1. Pre-heat cooking oil to medium heat at about 160°C.
2. Fry samosa directly from freezer (If there is some ice on the samosa, thaw for a few minutes to allow ice to melt).
3. Fry both sides for about 2 to 3 min in total, until golden brown.
Air fry/Bake:
1. Place samosa in air fryer or oven without thawing.
2. Drizzle some cooking oil over the samosa.
3. Cook at 200°C for about 10 to 15 min until crispy and golden brown.
*Note: Air frying/Baking will not produce the exact outcome as normal frying. A lower air frying/baking temperature will not produce a "crispy" skin.

3. Our products are delivered frozen and in insulated bags. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Our delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house should you be unavailable.
