You can place the power-board at the desired position on the wall, make a mark through the holes, remove the power-board and drill two holes in the wall. Secure the power-board at that exact position by using two screws through the holes in the power-board and wall. You can place the power-board next to a table, where you can conveniently insert or detach plugs of appliances sitting on the table, or lay it on the floor. The choice is yours.
