> Home Delivery:
(1) For all products, please place your orders at least 2 working days in advance, unless otherwise indicated.
(2) Home delivery is available Monday to Sunday, from 10AM - 2PM / 3PM - 7PM.
(3) Under "Remark to Seller", input your desired delivery date and other specific requests. We will do our best to meet them.
(4) For any questions, please feel free to chat with us.
(5) For urgent deliveries, please contact us via Chat and we will try out best to accommodate.
(6) Please be at home and ready to collect your products. Our friendly delivery service team will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house should you be unavailable.
(6a) Re-deliveries are chargeable at $20.
(6b) Should you be uncontactable at the agreed time of delivery, your purchase will be placed outside the door of your delivery location.
(7) Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds/returns are strictly not allowed after collection/delivery.
> Self Collection:
(1) For all products, please place your orders at least 3 working days in advance.
(2) For Store Collection, kindly refer to Store Outlet Address and Opening Hours below.
(3) If you don't have a redemption date yet and wish to let us know again, just give us at least 3 working days lead-time prior your desired redemption date.
(4) For any changes, please inform us at least 1 working day before your original redemption date. (Not applicable to fresh kueh products due to their perishable nature)
(5) Under "Remark to Seller", input your desired collection date and other specific requests. We will do our best to meet them!
(6) Show your Shopee order ID thru the app and provide your name as per Shopee order (not your Shopee chat name) on your day of collection.
