1. We strongly encourage you to pot these Polybag succulents with a porous succulent mix.

2. C. Pink Starlite has shallow or no roots;

3. S. acre Gold Moss and C. Campfire may have some blemishes on the leaves;

4. Some succulents may have wrinkled leaves due to dramatic climate change which do not allow us to water more;

5. The succulents may be etiolated, have broken leaves or other flaws.

6. Succulents ID that end with "E" means enhanced with chemical.

**Suggested Growing Condition:-

Airflow : Moderate at a cool location

Light    : Direct morning to indirect sunlight

Water  : Soak the pot in a tray or container for about 10 mins weekly. Water level should be about 1/3 of the pot height.

Pot size: 5cm Polybag (no pot)

**Disclaimers:-

1.     Every plant is unique, and the photo of the plant is for reference only. The actual plant appearance, colour and condition may differ from the photo.  Do not order based on review photos.

2.     These are live plants and there could be blemishes, broken leaves, root bound or overgrown roots.  Our nursery will choose the nicer ones based on available stock.

3.     Due to the nature of live plants, delivery will be done within 4 days upon Shopee confirmation. We cannot hold any order for later delivery.

4.     Please check your plants on delivery day and inform us on Shopee Chat for any unhealthy plants. We may not entertain unhealthy plants issue after delivery day.

5. We do not provide customization or transplant service.

**Shipping Options:-

1.    We do not provide self-collection nor walk-in at our nursery.

2.    Free delivery is provided for a single order of $50 (after all discounts) or more, else the delivery fee is reflected in Shopee.

3.    Live plants are not accepted by Shopee's shipping and normal plant delivery charges will range from $8 to $30 per trip.

4.    All transactions must be done on the Shopee platform.

**Delivery Service:-

1.    The delivery service is within Singapore, excluding restricted areas such as Jurong Island / Sentosa / Changi Airport / Alps Ave / Camps / Restricted Facilities. If in doubt, please contact Shopee Chat to check.

2.    Please check your address and contact number are correct before submitting. Charges apply for redelivery.

3.    You will be notified on Shopee Chat at least 1 day before delivery.

4.    Our delivery partner will make delivery between 8.30am to 8.30pm and we do not accept specific date / timing delivery.

5.    If you wish to have a specific time range, it will be a special delivery which cost $20 - $30 per trip.

6.    In the event when nobody is at home, our delivery partner will contact you or take a photo of the bag location and send it to you. For any failed delivery, there will be a re-delivery charge.

7.   Please order when the above conditions are acceptable to you.
