Our raw quinoa has a 2 years shelf life from date of harvest and cleaning in Central and Southern America.

Quinoa grains naturally have a moisture content of up to12% which makes it susceptible to spoilage with prolong storage, hence 2 years is the optimal shelf life of quinoa grains.
