How to Take (Tiger Milk Mushroom):-
Adult (health problems)
a) Treatment course:-
300mg - 2 capsules after meal in the morning, once a day. (For those desire fast result, can increase to another 1-2 capsules at night.)
420mg - 2 capsule, after meal in the morning, once a day. (For those desire fast result, can increase 1 capsule in the night, or vice versa.)
* If forget to take in the morning, can take anytime.
b) Maintenance course :-
300mg / 420mg - 1 or 2 capsules after meal in the morning, once a day.
* You may reduce to maintenance dosage once the symptoms are relieved.
Children (Please Take note of Age)
* You can open the capsules and mix the powder into milk, beverages or another soft food for easier consumption.
300mg - Above 2 years old:- 1 capsule after meal, once a day.
300mg - Children 1- 2 year(s) old:- Half a capsule after meal, once a day.
420mg - Children above 6 to 12 years old:- 1 capsule after meal, once a day.
