ELABORATION We want to highlight the 6 years of aging between barrel and bottle. The patient aging in our centuries-old caves of a wine that is only made in exceptional vintages. Totally artisan harvest with selection of clusters in the vineyard. It ages for 3 years in oak barrels from 4 different origins, in the stillness of our underground caves with totally artisan racking. Manual harvest, selecting the clusters one by one when they arrive at the winery. It is the demonstration of the eternal life that the Tempranillo grape can have from a vineyard in glass. -3 years in barrel. -3 years in bottle. TASTING NOTES A wine for great moments, a perfume. With this wine, Yolanda García Viadero shows that power and elegance are not at odds in a wine from Ribera del Duero. A high layer wine. Intense garnet colour. With marked aromas of toffee and hints of cedar wood. Complex on the palate, it is a complete wine. Wide, fleshy and enveloping, which opens in the mouth with a very Ideal serving temperature: between 14oC and 18oC.
