Our Premium Burbon Vanilla beans comes from a small village in Papua New Guinea where it is meticulously picked at its prime , dried and cured, with an average length of 16cm onwards, producing the best oily beans.

Scrape pods into half and use the back of the knife to scrape out the seeds

Other Product Information:

To make your own extract, cut the vanilla into smaller pieces and cover with 60ml of vodka and leave to infuse for a minimum of 3-5 months.
