It\u2019s definitely one of my favourite electric lunch box recipes to whip up, especially at the end of the week!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Prep time: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">~ 15 minutes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Cook time: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">30 minutes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Servings: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Recipe Ingredients:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 egg<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A handful of green peas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A handful of carrots (diced)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luncheon meat<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A few drops of sesame oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 tsp of light soy sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leftover rice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Recipe Instructions:<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To prepare the night before<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. Cut the carrots and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/shopee.sg\/list\/luncheon%20meat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">luncheon meat<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> into small cubes so they\u2019ll be able to steam easily in the electric lunch box<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Place the leftover rice in one layer of the electric lunch box<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Arrange all your cut ingredients in the other layer of the electric lunch box<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Just before lunchtime<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. Crack the egg and beat it. Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and a few drops of sesame oil into the mixture<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. Pour the beaten egg into the leftover rice and mix the rice, making sure that all the rice is coated with the egg<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6. Scoop the luncheon meat, green peas and carrots on top of the rice. All the ingredients will now be in one steaming bowl<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7. Pour one cup of water into the base of the electric lunch box<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8. Attach the lid of the electric lunch box and let it cook for 30 minutes!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This fried rice dish tastes just like a healthier version of takeout, but with less oil and less salt!
