And we\u2019re here to find out what food you should not travel back with!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1. And I\u2019m afraid it\u2019s true. While the meat may be somewhat processed, it still falls under the pork category that\u2019s not allowed. And it\u2019s not even about how much you have or whether it\u2019s raw, it\u2019s just not allowed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. Certain cooked food<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most people think, as long as it\u2019s cooked, it\u2019s all right. But that\u2019s entirely false. You must still ensure these food items fall under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sfa.gov.sg\/bringing-food-for-private-consumption-from-overseas\/list-of-food---food-products-allowed\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow external noopener noreferrer\">SFA\u2019s approved guidelines<\/a>. And if they don\u2019t, it\u2019s in the bin they go.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. Be careful \u2013 Singapore bans items with rhino horn, deer antler, pangolin scales, and anything hemp or CBD-related. Even some health foods and supplements could get you flagged. When in doubt, always check the label (or just buy local). And if you\u2019re carrying prescription meds, keep a doctor\u2019s note handy. It\u2019s better to be safe than have your \u201cmiracle pills\u201d land you in customs hot soup.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4. It\u2019s considered an animal product and may not meet local safety standards. It\u2019s best to go for meat-free pet snacks instead. Your pup might pout, but better that than losing their treats at the checkpoint!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5. You can bring up to 30 shell eggs from West Malaysia per person. But kampung eggs, salted eggs, century eggs, and other processed or free-range varieties aren\u2019t allowed. So skip the herbal tea eggs and stick to plain ones if you must.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6.
