Shopee Rewards Terms Of Service



Welcome to the Shopee Rewards Loyalty Programme (“Shopee Rewards”).  By participating in the Shopee Rewards programme, you give your irrevocable acceptance of, and consent to, these Terms of Service.


1.         MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

1.1        The Shopee Rewards loyalty programme offers 3 membership tiers as follows: “Classic”, “Silver”, and “Gold”.

1.2        Shopee Rewards members must fulfil both qualifying criteria of minimum orders and minimum spend (in SGD) during the 6-month qualifying periods to earn qualifying points for the respective membership tiers.

1.3        Shopee reserves the right to hold the issuance of qualifying points earned until the qualifying transactions, including payment, are completed. Qualifying points will only be earned from completed orders and related spend from selected shops. There will be strictly no qualifying points earned from returned, refunded, or cancelled orders.

1.4        Qualifying points cannot be earned from transactions on Digital Products and from transactions in the following shops (i) Shopee SG Official Store, (ii) Shopee $1 Big Prize, (iii) farmgame, (iv) SG Seller Solutions Official Store, and (v) Sgpaidads Official Store.

1.5        Qualifying points earned between 1 January to 30 June in a calendar year shall qualify you for the applicable membership tier from 1 July to 31 December of that calendar year.

1.6        Qualifying points earned between 1 July to 31 December in a calendar year shall qualify you for the applicable membership tier from 1 January to 30 June of the next calendar year.

1.7        Upon expiration of your membership tenure in a particular tier and if you have not earned sufficient qualifying points to be retained in that tier, you shall be downgraded to the next relevant membership tier.

1.8.       The Shopee Rewards membership is non-transferable and shall be for personal use of the Shopee user only.


2.         REWARDS

2.1.       Shopee Rewards members may redeem their qualifying points for rewards (“Rewards”).  Rewards must be used within their applicable validity period. There will be strictly no extension of validity period for Rewards.

2.2        Rewards are not redeemable for cash nor are they exchangeable for other Rewards under any circumstances. Rewards cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred for value under any circumstances. Rewards shall not be regarded, construed, or used as valuable or exchangeable instruments under any circumstances.

2.3        Shopee retains the right to reject any Reward that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable, or remove privilege of usage if deemed to have been linked to fraudulent activities.

2.4        Shopee is not responsible for any accidental usage or cancellation of Rewards, and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.


3.         GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1        Shopee may suspend the calculation and accrual of qualifying points to rectify any errors in calculation or adjust the calculation as it reasonably deems fit without giving you prior notice or reason.

3.2        Fraud, abuse of redemptions or any dishonest activities related to the Shopee Rewards loyalty programme may result in the forfeiture of accumulated qualifying points and tier Rewards as well as, demotion of your membership tier, cancellation of your membership in the Shopee Rewards loyalty programme, or termination of your account.

3.3        To the extent as permitted by applicable laws, Shopee reserves the right at any time to:

·         vary, modify or amend the terms and conditions of the Shopee Rewards programme (including adding or deleting any terms);

·         terminate or modify the Shopee Rewards loyalty programme;

·         revoke, adjust and/or recalculate any qualifying points awarded;

·         change the Rewards or substitute any Reward with another of a similar value;

·         change the number of qualifying points that can be earned on spendings on qualifying transactions;

·         modify the qualifications and eligibility for earning qualifying points;

·         modify the activities that earn qualifying points;

·         modify the methods used to calculate the number of qualifying points to be awarded;

·         withhold or cease the awarding of qualifying points to you;

·         modify the qualifying points or other criteria for membership tier upgrades and renewals;

·         change or withdraw any benefits related to a particular membership tier; and/or

·         change the duration taken for qualifying points to expire;

without prior notice to you and at its sole and absolute discretion.
