For Delivery :

- All Live Fishes will be vacuumed packed upon preparation for delivery if option to Clean & Gut is selected. If option "Do not clean & gut" is selected, fish will be packed in plastic bag (not water bag) for delivery.

- All confirmed deliveries will be fulfilled 1-2 days later (Eg. If you need the order by Saturday, please place your order by Thursday before 3PM).

- Please indicate in remarks before checking out your cart for advance orders beyond the 2 days delivery date (Customized order fulfillment will subject to our fleet of drivers availability).

- No Delivery fulfillments on Sunday. All orders placed on weekends will be delivered on the coming Tuesday.

- Please make sure you are contactable via the provided mobile number for our drivers to contact you upon arrival.

- Delivery time between 10am - 5pm (We do not accept specific timing request due to drivers route planning).

[IMPORTANT NOTES] How to keep the seafood fresh? :

- All the items will be delivered in our cooler bags.

- Please keep items in your chiller if you plan to cook on the same day. If not, do remember to keep them in your freezer.

- It is best advised that all crabs and oysters must be consumed within the same day. If not, remember to clean them thoroughly and keep them in your freezer. Seafood must be cooked and not consumed raw after keeping them in the freezer.

- Items can be kept frozen up to 1 month.
