> Home Delivery:

(1) Home delivery is available Monday to Saturday only from 3PM-7PM. Sunday and Public Holiday delivery is not available.

(2) We require a 3-day lead time (excluding Sat, Sun and PH) for all orders. If you place an order on Friday, the earliest you may expect your product is the following week’s Wednesday 3PM-7PM.

(3) Kindly note all delivery slots are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis. You may also choose a later date of delivery subject to the availability of delivery slots.

(4) Under "Remark to Seller", kindly input your desired delivery date and other specific requests. We will do our best to meet them!

(6) For urgent deliveries, please contact us via Chat and we will try out best to accommodate.

(7) Please be at home and ready to collect your products. Our friendly delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house should you be unavailable.
