Each of our products is meticulously handcrafted, and we take pride in the delicate thin skin of our mooncakes. Occasionally, the durian filling may be more visible, which is a natural characteristic and not a defect.

Storage:

To preserve the quality and flavor of our mooncakes, please store them in the freezer. They will remain fresh for up to 2 months. Avoid storing them in the refrigerator, as this will only keep them fresh for 2 days.

Consumption:

Before enjoying your mooncakes, thaw them for at least 10 minutes. Note that freezing can affect the delicate taste profile of the durian filling, so thawing helps to restore its full flavour.

Delivery Terms & Conditions:

- Your chosen variation date will be the date of delivery

- There will be 2 delivery time slots - 9am to 12pm / 12pm to 6pm

- Due to the perishable nature of the product, refunds/returns/re-delivery will not be proceeded if customer is unreachable

- Any cost incurred due to customer’s inconvenience such as change of delivery address would be borne by the recipient

- Delivery will only be limited to one location per order

- Please check your address before checking out
