DELIVERY DETAILS

Home Delivery:

(1) Delivery is available from 3 August to 17 September 2024, between 9am - 1pm or 3pm - 7 pm. 

(2) Kindly be informed that we will only be able to ship out once per order made. 

*For multiple products with multiple delivery range selected, we will ship out the orders with the earlier date range selected.

(3) Please place a separate order should you wish to ship out products on different delivery dates.

(4) All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 working days, from 3 August 2024.

(5) If you would like your order to be delivered by a specific date, please leave a note under remarks upon checkout or contact us on Shopee Chat. Otherwise, your order will be shipped out within 3-5 working days following the date of your purchase. We will not be able to accommodate any request to change delivery date/time.

(6) Please be at home to collect your products. Delivery attempt will be made only once.

(7) Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds/returns are strictly not allowed after collection/delivery.

(9) Please note that the order status is considered "Shipped" the moment we process your order, but it remains pending Shopee's logistics partner to accept the delivery job for pick up on a later date. Your order will only be picked up on the day of delivery.
