  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Broccoli and cheese casserole recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
  2. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic in butter until soft.
