All eyes are on the free perks that we can get from the newly-announced Budget 2026. However, don’t forget about your SG Culture Pass credits from 2025! Whether you still have some outstanding credits or have been leaving the SG Culture Pass completely untouched, this list is for you. From dazzling performances to eye-opening workshops, here is a list of exciting activities where you can use your SG Culture Pass.
As announced during Budget 2025, the SG Culture Pass is a brand-new initiative launched by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), aimed at encouraging more Singaporeans to participate and support the local arts and culture scene. All Singaporean citizens aged 18 years old and above (as of 31 December 2024) are eligible to redeem the SG Culture Pass.
Every eligible Singaporean receives $100 worth of credits, which can be used to offset costs for a variety of arts and heritage experiences, ranging from workshops to even book purchases.
For those who are single and ready to mingle, here is another piece of good news: The government has recently announced a collaboration with dating app Coffee Meets Bagel (CMB). Instead of the typical first dates over dinner, level up your experience with something more unique. From 14 February onwards, CMB couples can get first dibs on promotions for selected date-friendly events with their Culture Pass credits.
The SG Culture Pass expires on 31 December 2028, hence allowing for ample time to explore and decide where to use your credits.

I’m sure most of us have played Monopoly before, but what about Monopoly in real life? No longer confined to the usual cards and a board, this real-life adventure game is played with WhatsApp, riddles, and clues, where Singapore becomes your board.
Currently, you can choose between two themes: Love, Lost & Found takes you on a journey of romance sequestered within the streets of Clarke Quay, while Katong-Joo Chiat allows you to wander through the vibrant Katong-Joo Chiat neighbourhood and learn about untold tales of their heritage and culture. While there are no limits on the number of players (you can even play solo), the recommended team size is 5 to 6 players. In this thoughtful 1-hour reimagining by Singapore Repertory Theatre, this heartwarming tale between a pig named Wilbur and a barn spider named Charlotte is brought to life onstage. Charlotte’s Web weaves (pun intended) themes of friendship, kindness and courage in this inspiring but powerful story that resonates with all ages. Thanks to my reading curriculum in primary school, I remember all too well this tear-jerking, timeless classic. Regardless of whether you have read the book or not, though, I highly recommend catching this show as a family outing. Plus, you get to enjoy a 15% discount by purchasing 4 tickets!

Musical fans, heads up! You don’t have to fly all the way to London or New York and spend a hefty sum on a ticket to their acclaimed shows. This summer, Singapore Repertory Theatre brings the iconically exuberant musical comedy Legally Blonde onto the local stage, where you can use your Culture Pass credits as well. Homegrown West End star Nathania Ong, whom you may remember as Elizabeth Schuyler from Hamilton and Éponine from Les Misérables, now takes on the role of the bubbly and bold Elle Woods. Follow along the fashionable pink-loving heroine, beloved to fans of the big screen and the theatre alike. Witness her fearless journey, powered by riveting tunes and boundless energy, as she takes on Harvard Law by storm (What, like it’s hard?).
