The highlight for me is the Braised Wagyu Brûlée, which has beef wrapped in puff pastry and topped with flame-torched mustard sabayon. I also love their Matcha Swan, a sublime combination of matcha chantilly and pistachio praline. If you are down for an extra splurge, consider adding a glass of champagne for a more indulgent and elevated experience.
