Recipe ingredients:

  • 140g graham crackers
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 70g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 450g cream cheese (softened)
  • 150ml sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners (available on preferential.sg). Spray cupcake liners with non-stick cooking spray (available on jackygoh95.sg).
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust.
  3. In a food processor (available on Tefal Official Store), blend the graham crackers (available on FreshPasar) till it forms a sand-like texture.
  4. Pour it into a bowl and add in granulated sugar as well as melted butter. Mix till well combined.
  5. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and press it down into the cupcake liners. Pack it down firmly using the base of a measuring cup or the back of a spoon.
  6. Set it in the freezer till it becomes firm
  7. For the filling: Mix the cream cheese (available on FreshPasar) in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Mix until it becomes light and fluffy.
  8. Add sweetened condensed milk (available on Khims Convenience), vanilla extract, lemon juice and lemon zest (available on LHH Vegetable) to the mixture. Mix till just combined.
  9. Put filling into a cupcake liner using a spoon or piping bag (available on allgoods.sg)
  10. Set it in the fridge overnight
  11. Take the cupcake liners off
  12. Chop up fresh strawberries and mix it with strawberry jam (available on MK MART), scoop it on top of the cheesecake bites along with a small strawberry wedge and serve!

  • 122g milk
  • 320g coconut sugar
  • 21.5g cocoa powder
  • 125g almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 243g rolled oats

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Line two baking trays (available on gorgeous888.sg) with parchment paper (available on sakulastore.sg)
  2. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat
  3. Add milk, coconut sugar (available on Nature’s Superfoods Official Store) and cocoa powder (available on Pastry Mart Official Store) to the pot and bring it to a boil. Once it starts to boil, switch on your timer for two minutes and turn off the heat once the time is up.
  4. Add almond butter (available on Amazin’ Graze Official Store), vanilla extract and rolled oats (S-Mart by Shopee Official Store) to the mixture. Mix it till well combined.
  5. Scoop the cookies onto the baking trays with a medium-sized cookie scoop
  6. Flatten the cookies with the back of a  spoon to your desired thickness
  7. Refrigerate for 20 minutes till cookies become firm and voila!

3. No-Bake Rich Chocolate Berry Tart

  • 24 oreo cookies
  • 85g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 170g coarsely chopped bittersweet chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 170g coarsely chopped milk chocolate
  • 240ml heavy cream
  • 56g unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
  • Toppings (mixed berries, almonds)

Recipe Instructions:

  1. For the tart crust: blend oreo cookies (available on S-Mart by Shopee Official Store) and butter in a food processor till well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch tart tray (available on sunsnow.sg)
  3. Chill the crust in the fridge for 30 minutes

  5. In a small pot, bring heavy cream and butter to a low boil
  6. Remove the pot from the heat and pour the mixture over the chocolate. Let it stand for one minute.
  7. After one minute, use a silicone spatula to mix until chocolate is melted and smooth
  8. Pour the mixture into the oreo crust
  9. Let it chill in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight

  • 300ml sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 80ml lime juice (2-3 large limes)
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Toppings (lime slices, whipped cream, blackberries, chia seeds)

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the graham cracker crust. In a food processor, blend graham crackers, granulated sugar, unsalted butter and ground cinnamon (available on Cheng Woh) till well combined. Press mixture into a 9-inch tart tray.
  2. Chill the crust in the fridge for one hour
  3. While the crust is chilling in the fridge, prepare the tart filling
