13 Nestlé Recipes To Try Out For Every Singaporean
For many of us, we grew up drinking Milo for breakfast, having Maggi for supper and taking a break with a Kit Kat. These Nestlé products are all around us and there are so many things we can actually do with them. If you’ve read our piece on the different Milo recipes you should already be trying, here are some sweet and savoury Nestlé recipes you can try, perfect for any time of the day:
Prepare a pan by covering it with aluminium foil and brushing it with melted butter.
Crush the plain wafer cookies into fine crumbs and add the melted butter. Subsequently, press the mixture in the bottom of your pan to form the cookie crumb base.
Combine the chocolate chips, coffee grounds and condensed milk. Melt the mixture in the microwave until it is smooth. Pour the chocolate mixture onto the top of the cookie crumb base.
Crush your Kit Kat bars and spread them in the pan as the final layer.
Cover and place the bars in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
In a large jug, add in hot water, Nescafe Gold Americano and white sugar. Still well till sugar is all dissolved.
Put the liquid mixture onto a stove and turn on the heat to medium-high. When the mixture bubbles, turn off the heat and add in the gelatine powder. Stir until everything is fully dissolved.
Pour the mixture through a fine sieve into a container, and allow the mixture to set in room temperature for about 30 minutes, before moving it into the fridge to set overnight.
When the mixture is fully set, cut it into bite sized cubes and put into serving cups.
Mix evaporated milk, fresh milk and honey and pour the mixture into the serving cups with the coffee jelly.
Serve immediately.
