Best self photo studios in Singapore (2026)

1. Photopia: Polished studio-style photos with DSLR cameras

(Credit: photopia.sg / Instagram)

Planning a unique Valentine’s Day date that’s unforgettable? Capture your love in pixels at Photopia, a self photo studio in Singapore that lets you take professional-looking couple’s photos! Photopia is unlike most self-photobooths I’ve been to, as they have a complete photo studio with a DSLR camera, studio lights, and interchangeable backgrounds. The basic package includes a 20-minute photo session, a single photo print, and a single collage print. You also get digital copies to look back to later on (and you turn into your next lock screen).

We had fun directing our own poses and choosing our favourite photos. No more stressing about changing poses every two seconds – the longer timer gave us all the time we needed to plan our shots. The best part? There’s no automatic shutter. You get a remote, so you can click whenever you’re picture-ready!

Price
  • Basic package for 2 pax ($35): 20 minutes photoshoot, 2 single photos, 2 -in-1 collage photo
  • Premium package for 2 pax ($70): 20 minutes photoshoot, 1 wall frame, 2 single photos, 2 collage photo and full digital copies
  • VIP package for 2 pax ($150): 30 minutes photoshoot, 1 wall frame, 2 single photos, 2 collage photos and full digital copies
Address Orchard Central, 181 Orchard Road, #04-09, S(238896)
Opening Hours
  • Mon – Fri: 12pm – 9pm
  • Sat: 11am – 10pm

2. Photomatic: Full photoshoot experience with hair and makeup

(Credit: photomatic.sg / Instagram)

Surprise your partner with a full photoshoot for Valentine’s Day, and capture your best memories together. Photomatic in Funan provides a complete photoshoot experience, complete with hair and makeup, with Korean makeup artists! Each photo session lasts 30 minutes, which is more than enough time to plan out the poses you want to do.

I suggest booking a session in advance as reservations take priority over walk-ins. If you can’t find time to book a session, don’t worry! Their rainbow hallway makes a picture-perfect backdrop for casual photoshoots and selfies while you wait for your turn.

Price
  • Basic package for 2 pax ($35): 20 minutes photoshoot, 2 single photos, 1 collage photo and digital copies
  • Premium package for 2 pax ($65): 40 minutes photoshoot, 4 single photos, 2 collage photos and digital copies
  • VIP package for 2 pax ($150): 40 minutes photoshoot, 4 single photos, 2 collage photos, 4 photostrips, 2 wall frames and full digital copies

3. Dollop Photobooth: Quick, spontaneous photostrips around the city

(Credit: dollopphotobooth / Instagram)

If you’re looking for a more spontaneous photoshoot, you can find a Dollop Photobooth in 15 locations around Singapore, including VivoCity and Changi Airport. Psst, they now have automobile-themed photobooths at their SCAPE location for the F1 and Hot Wheels fans!

While you still get high-quality prints, Dollop Self Photobooths are meant for quick shoots, so don’t expect to see props and makeup here. It’s a great memento to keep after a date, and a quick activity you can do with your partner! My tip: prepare some props or costumes beforehand so you can capture a more memorable moment.

4. Fotomat Studio: Vintage-inspired black-and-white portraits

(Credit: fotomatstudios / Instagram)

Not going to lie, we love the black and white vintage photo booth at The Projector. However, it gets a little tight squeezing into that tiny photobooth. Well, no worries about space here at Fotomat Studio, a self photo studio in Singapore specialising in black and white photography. I, for one, cannot get over the glam of these monochromatic photos. They have those old Hollywood vibes that made us look and feel so sophisticated!

Choose from black, grey and white backdrops for your shoot. I suggest coming in light, minimalist-styled clothes for a better result. Another part of the whole experience that I really enjoyed is putting on makeup for a black and white photoshoot, which had to be more dramatic to really pop against the neutral background. The trick is to use your phone camera’s black and white filter to check your makeup before you take the shot!

Price
  • Black and white studio shoot for 2 pax ($30): 15-minute photoshoot, 2 single photos
  • $10/additional pax, inclusive of 1 single photo
Address 45A Craig Rd, #2F, Fotomat S(089683)
Opening Hours
  • Daily, 11am – 9pm

5. One Click Studio: Wide-angle group shots with Y2K vibes

(Credit: oneclick.studio_ / Instagram)

With a name like One Click Studio, they certainly don’t disappoint with their creative camera angles and quality prints. This self photo studio features a wide, 0.5x lens, which was perfect for a group photo with my friends after a night out. Plus, you get that Y2K aesthetic! A basic photobooth package costs $10, but we added more to get additional prints.

If you’re not keen on DIY photobooths, you can book a reservation at the One Click Studio. At a base price of $15, you get professional-quality photos taken, ready for printing! Plus, you can get more shots, a soft copy of your photos, and more space for you and your friends to squeeze into.

  • Photobooth basic package: $10 for two collage prints
  • Mini package for 1 pax ($15): 10 shots, 10 minutes photo session, 10 minutes photo selection, Soft copy

6. Haengbok Studio: Korean-inspired photo studio with creative photostrips

(Credit: haengbokstudio / Instagram)

If you want something a little more playful for your photoshoot, Haengbok Studio is a fun spot to check out. Tucked along Haji Lane, you really can’t walk past it without noticing its oversized pink bow at the entrance.

Haengbok Studio is known for its themed photo prints, often created in collaboration with artists and fan clubs. Expect adorable frames that make for a sweet keepsake at the end of a Valentine’s Day date! They also offer transparent prints, which add a nice twist if you’re looking for something a little different from the usual photostrips. And if photos aren’t enough, you can even turn your favourite shot into a custom button pin to take home as a wearable memory.

7. Photomanner: Retro photobooths with unique camera angles

Another hidden gem of a self photo studio in Haji Lane, Photomanner specialises in vintage photobooths with unique backdrops and themes. They even have a vintage elevator booth on the second floor! Expect long lines, however, especially by the elevator-themed booths. I opted for a solo photo session at their red brick wall booth instead, and it was worth the print!

My colleague, who was with me at the time, went for their birdseye photobooth at the back. She got a cool-toned photo with a black backdrop for that atas feel, and the creative birdseye view created a unique angle for an interesting photo. Overall, it was an underrated self photo studio spot that’s worth visiting!

8. Solace Studios: Immersive themed photobooths across Singapore

We had a blast with the different themes and backdrops at Solace Studios! My favourite has to be the Solace Airlines at Haji Lane, which featured an airplane powder room theme complete with passport props and plane windows. However, I also loved the vintage elevator theme at their VivoCity booth as it gave me those old movie feels.

Every Solace Studios photobooth has a different theme to it, and it’s fun to try out each one. The Laundrosnap booth at Haji Lane even has its lens in an oversized washing machine, and you can dress in bathrobes and towels for that complete vibe! The viral elevator-themed room is also located at Haji Lane, but it’s priced at $12 for two prints instead of the usual $10.

9. Picky Pic: Colourful and quirky photobooth snapshots

(Credit: pickypic.sg / Instagram)

This Korean-inspired self photo studio in Singapore is perfect if you want colourful, quirky prints to remember your date or hang out with friends! PickyPic brings the Korean photobooth vibe to Haji Lane with a handful of bright, themed rooms you can step into. You get five photobooths to choose from, each with its own colour theme! I just love planning out outfits to go with each room, so think about your OOTD before you head to PickyPic!

Not to mention, you’ll have a bunch of props to play with, and their filters are designed to bring out your best features, so you walk away with photostrips that make you and your squad look good! It’s easy to pop by while wandering around Haji Lane, and since prints usually start around $10 for two photostrips, it’s a fun little stop-by for creative, memorable shots without the fuss.

10. Look Here Photo Studio: Playful themed frames for K-pop collabs

(Credit: lookherephotostudio / Instagram)

Fan cafés and idol events will already be familiar with Look Here Photo Studio, one of the more popular self photo studios in Singapore, thanks to its frequent collabs. This photobooth is known for its themed frames, making it a go-to spot for celebratory shots during your bias’s birthday! Beyond K-pop, you’ll also find frames inspired by anime titles like Haikyuu, popular C-dramas, and special events such as Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year, so there are plenty of options to suit a Valentine’s date!

What I really liked is that some of their photostrip frames even come with designs printed on the back, which is a thoughtful detail you don’t often see at other self photo studios in Singapore. Plus, it’s located in CityLink Mall, making it great for those spur-of-the-moment photo sessions when you’re already out and about with friends!

  • $2 per additional print

Pet-friendly self-photo studios in Singapore (2026)

14. Hoshi Studios: Paw-tastic photos with your pet pals

(Credit: hoshistudios.sg / Instagram)

Just by its name, you already know this self photo studio was made for pets. Hoshi Studios isn’t just pet-friendly, it’s pet-centric, so you can capture your favourite memories with your furry friends! And they don’t limit their services to just dogs and cats. My friends have brought their hamsters, pet birds, and even turtles to their booths without any problems, as long as their pets were kept well-behaved throughout the session.

A big plus for Hoshi Studios is that they give you more than enough time to get those perfect shots. If your pet is anything like mine, you need a hundred and one shots before they nail that picture-perfect frame! Hoshi Studios allotted 30 minutes for our basic photoshoot session, which was enough time for me to keep my dog focused for a shoot.

Price
  • Quickie Package ($38): 10-minute photoshoot
  • Basic Package for up to 4 pax ($68): 30-minute photoshoot, 2 x 4R photo prints, 5 soft copies

12. Photonow: Relaxed self-photo sessions with live preview cameras

(Credit: photonow.sg / Instagram)

Here’s another pet-friendly self photo studio in Singapore that I really enjoyed: Photonow. The studio has a calm, easygoing atmosphere that helped my pup stay relaxed throughout the shoot. Their lighting is also designed to mimic natural light, which makes a noticeable difference in how the photos turn out.

But the real game-changer has to be its Live View cameras. You can see exactly how the photo will turn out before you take it, so you can adjust your pose, make sure your dog is looking cute, and get everything just right. It’s a helpful feature, especially for fur-parents like me who have to deal with their fidgety pups! If you decide to take your pet in for a photoshoot, just be aware that Photonow counts each pet as one pax, though.

Price
  • Standard Korean Photoshoot ($55): 30-minute photo session, standard room, unlimited pax, digital copies, 1 wall frame
  • Deluxe Korean Photoshoot ($100): 45 minutes photo session, large room with sofa, unlimited pax, digital copies, 1 wall frame

13. Photobytes: Creative, customisable pet photo sessions

(Credit: photobytes_official / Instagram)

Photobytes came highly recommended within my pet pawrents community, as they love how creative they can be with their photos. One pet parent even included their dog in their maternity photoshoot, and you could practically feel the excitement of the pup anticipating the arrival of their new sibling!

I’ve seen pet owners bring in a wide range of pets, from dogs and cats to rabbits, birds, and even fish! It’s no wonder they’re a favourite among pet owners in Singapore. The studio is so inclusive and provides a ton of fun props for both you and your furry friend to use. Photobytes is definitely worth checking out if you’re looking to get unique and creative photo sessions with your pets!

Price
  • Photobooth basic package: $5 per photo strip
  • Mini Package for 2 pax ($45): 20 minutes photo session, unlimited shots, 6 3R photos, digital copies
  • Classic Package for 2 pax ($60): 20 minutes photo session, unlimited shots, 2 5R photos, digital copies
  • Premium Package for up to 6 pax ($80): 20 minutes photo session, unlimited shots, options of portrait or landscape photos, 2 framed photos in 4R and 5R, digital copies
Address 61A Haji Lane, Second Floor, S(189254)
Opening Hours
  • Daily: 12pm – 9pm

14. Life4Cuts: Casual photostrips that are pet-friendly

Life4Cuts is already a popular self photo studio, but did you know that all of its locations are pet-friendly? My shih tzu mix insisted on a photo session at one of their booths, and the photos came out pretty good! It was a bit difficult to wrangle my dog for the perfect shot, so it helps to prepare a treat or toy beforehand to keep your pet focused (which didn’t happen here, as you can see).

For the hoomans who want a more memorable photo, Life4Cuts frequently has collaborations for special frames featuring your favourite K-pop idol, show, or brand! They’re currently running a collaboration with Squid Game, so you can take a photo with a guard or frontman without worrying about penalties!

15. Standard Photo Studio: Cute themed photo strips plus custom keepsakes

(Credit: Standard Photo Studio)

Standard Photo Studio is anything but ordinary. It’s one of the pet-friendly self photo studios in Singapore that actually offers a package dedicated to pets. Their Paws & Play Pawfect Vibes package is perfect for pawrents like me. You get a 15-minute photo session for two pax plus one pet, along with two photostrips, one single photo per person, soft copies, and a double-sided keychain featuring your pet’s photo. The best part is customising the keychain with unlimited beads, which really seals the deal as the ultimate pet photo sesh.

That said, it’s not just a studio for pet parents. Standard Photo Studio is also great for dates or casual hangouts, especially if you want something more interactive than a regular photobooth. They also recently renovated, introducing four new themed rooms to choose from! Feel nostalgic with their 2000’s Music Room, or vibe to their Hawker Centre Room, complete with realistic food props that look as good as your pics!
