14 Affordable Activewear Brands As Good As Lululemon And Gymshark

I work out to look good, but finding stylish workout clothes is also important to me. While brands like Lululemon and Gymshark are super popular, my wallet doesn’t always agree. Luckily, there are alternatives that offer similar quality at a fraction of the price. I can find affordable activewear brands in Singapore for as low as $40 (per set).

I’ve checked out some of the best sports brands here, including Moving Peach, Lovito, and Xexymix, and compared them to Lululemon and Gymshark. Here’s my review of these brands and what you can expect in terms of quality, fit, and price.

Affordable activewear brands in Singapore

1. Moving Peach

Cute activewear pieces suitable for low-impact workouts.

I’m sure you’ve seen influencers promoting the activewear brand, Moving Peach, in Singapore — and I have to say, everyone looks stylish in their pieces (myself included!). What I absolutely love about Moving Peach is the wide variety of colours and designs they offer, especially their sports bras. And the best part? Everything is under $20, making it super affordable without compromising on style or comfort.

One of my favourite pieces from Moving Peach is their Strappy Sports Bra, which has also received glowing reviews from my fellow Pilates girlies. Here’s why I love it:

  • 4-way stretch: It moves with me, providing support no matter what.
  • Perfect for yoga and pilates: It’s got the right balance of flexibility and comfort.
  • Widened elastic hem: It’s super comfortable and doesn’t leave any marks on my skin, even after a long workout.

On days when I feel a bit bloated and want more coverage, I’ll throw on the Fitness Tie Back Tank Top. It’s light, breathable, and the tie-back design adds a cute, adjustable touch.

To complete the set, I love pairing it with Moving Peach Sports Running Shorts With Drawstring. They’re lined with inner tights for extra coverage, so I feel secure when doing movements like leg circles at the best Pilates studios. If you’re not a fan of shorts, the MOVING PEACH Yoga Pants Compression Pants are a great alternative for a full-length option.

2. ThinkTure Gym Yoga Sports

Colourful two-piece sets designed for big-hip girlies.

For my big-hip girlies, we all know the struggle of getting our pants up — but thankfully, ThinkTure’s sportswear has got our backs! Their designs are made with more room in the hips and thighs, which means no more awkward tugging or uncomfortable squeezing when pulling up your bottoms. The stretchy fabric moulds to your shape, giving you a flattering fit without compromising on comfort.

Not to mention, I’m obsessed with ThinkTure’s colour range! They offer so many unique shades, from vibrant greens like lime and neon green to deeper, more subtle tones — there’s literally something for every vibe and every aesthetic. It’s like they’ve thought of every possible hue to match whatever mood I’m in!

But what I love most is their Two-Piece Yoga Set. It’s a lifesaver because I don’t have to waste time figuring out what top to pair with what bottoms. I can just simply toss it in my gym bag and rush off to class without any hassle.

And the best part? This set costs only $20! Yes, TWO PIECES FOR $20! If that doesn’t scream “affordable,” I don’t know what does!

3. Sports Angel

Aesthetic sportswear with pockets.

Sports Angel offers a huge variety of styles — long sleeve, short sleeve, T-back, criss-cross, you name it, they’ve got it. Seriously, Sports Angel will have you looking like an angel on and off the mat. Their pieces combine both style and performance, so whether you’re working out or just hanging out, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped out of a fitness fashion dream.

But what my friends absolutely rave about is the fact that Sports Angel’s sportswear has pockets! Yes, you heard that right — Running Shorts with Pockets! Whether you’re stashing your smartphone, keys, or a little protein bar, these practical pockets make running (and any activity, really) so much more convenient without sacrificing style.

For those days when you want a more modest option, check out their Yoga Flared Pants. These pants are not only flattering but make your legs look slimmer and longer! The lightweight, breathable fabric is perfect for Singapore’s hot weather, keeping you cool while also protecting those long legs from pesky tan lines. Honestly, you can even wear these for casual outings, they’re that versatile.

And for a bit of elegance in your workout wardrobe, their Sleeveless Sports Tank Top is a must-have. Otherwise, if you’re into the balletcore aesthetic, the Cool Shawl is an absolute gem. This lightweight workout outerwear is delicate and graceful, almost like a ballet shrug, giving you that soft, elegant vibe.

4. Lovito

Most affordable activewear brand with pieces under $10.

If you’re looking for affordable activewear in Singapore, Lovito is one of the best options out there. Some of their pieces are priced under $10, which is pretty amazing given the quality. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how durable and comfortable their gear is, especially at such a low price point.

Here are my top two favourite sports bras from Lovito:

A quick tip: I recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially if you like a bit more room for movement.

As for bottoms, I’m a huge fan of the Lovito Casual Plain Pocket Sports Leggings. These leggings are not only buttery soft but also practical, with pockets for my airpods or cash – no need to carry an extra bag on hand!

5. Fenin

Shockproof sportswear for maximum support.

When I go for HIIT classes, the most important factors for me are breathability and support and that’s where FENIN’s shockproof wear really shines.

By “shockproof,” I mean the material and design of their sports bras are specifically engineered to absorb impact and reduce bounce. Whether you’re jumping, sprinting, or doing burpees, shockproof wear helps minimise movement, keeping your cherries in place.

Here’s what I’d recommend from Fenin’s sports bra collection:

  • Medium Strength Sports Bra: The cut-outs on the sides of the straps make it breathable; the front gives great support without feeling too tight, making it perfect for spin classes.
  • High Intensity Shockproof Sports Bra: The shockproof design minimises bounce, so I don’t have to keep readjusting it during my workout. As a result, it makes my sessions way more productive as I can focus entirely on crushing my routine.

6. Superflower

For Lululemon dupes under $20.

(Credit: SUPER FLOWER)

After almost two years of working out, I’d imagine I’d have that hourglass figure by now — but okay, still a little far from it. Thanks to Super Flower, they keep me delulu (delusional in the best way)! They’ve got the Women’s 50+ UV Protection Jacket, which is super similar to the Lululemon Define Jacket. It has that sleek, fitted silhouette that cinches in all the right places, giving you a flattering shape, plus the added bonus of UV protection for any outdoor cycling.

Apart from Lululemon dupes, Super Flower also has the Women’s Peach Hip Yoga Pants, and I love it! They hug my curves perfectly and really show off that hard-earned gym progress (yep, my glutes are looking good!). Another fave is the Padded Cross Back Long Sleeve Top, which gives me that supportive, stylish feel during my workout.

And if you exercise with your boyfriend like I do, you can get him the Men’s High Elastic Breathable Quick Dry Short Sleeve T-shirt. It’s super breathable and quick-drying, so he’ll stay cool and fresh throughout the entire session.

7. Funfit

For body-inclusive sportswear with sizes up to 5XL.

#SupportLocal with Funfit. I’ve been a fan of Funfit for a while now — they’ve been around for over 20 years, so you know they’re doing something right! Not only do they have a great selection of activewear, but they also offer swimwear that’s perfect for everything from chill days at Bali beach clubs to poolside workouts. What I appreciate most is that their size range goes up to 5XL, so no matter your shape or size, you’ll find something that makes you feel confident and comfortable.

The quality of Funfit is really unmatched. Take their Side Panel Boyshorts, for example — the polyester-spandex blend offers just the right amount of medium compression. I love that it helps with blood and lymphatic flow, making it perfect for boosting my performance. Another favourite of mine is the Mesh-Over Tube Sports Bra. It’s not just stylish with its funky iridescent prints, but the see-through mesh panel gives it an edgy vibe while also making it super breathable.

For something that’s supportive yet perfect for everyday wear, the Racerback Sports Bra in off-white is definitely a must-try. The U-shaped scoop is super flattering, and the four-way stretch fabric lets me move freely without any restriction. I love pairing it with the Limitless Leggings or Cotton Bike Shorts — they’re my go-to combo for everything, whether I’m hitting the gym for a midnight workout or powering through a Muay Thai class.

8. Air Active

Ultra-lightweight and breathable sportswear.

(Credit: air_active.sg)

As a self-proclaimed gym princess, nothing ruins my vibe more than sweaty, stinky clothes after a killer workout. That’s why I turn to Air Active for ultra-lightweight, breathable sportswear that keeps me fresh — and yes, it literally lets me breathe easy!

(Credit: air_active.sg)

Plus, they’re an affordable activewear brand in Singapore, with shorts going for as low as $15 — yes, you heard that right! Here are my absolute faves from their collection:

  • AIR ACTIVE Padded Yoga Top: I’m a huge fan of padded tops because they offer that extra support and give me a little lift (hello, B Cup!).
  • AIR ACTIVE Yoga Shorts: The fabric is stretchy, moisture-wicking, and moves with me, so I can bend, squat, or stretch without feeling restricted.
  • AIR ACTIVE Buttery Shorts: Whether I’m doing sprints or lounging between sets, these shorts feel light and airy. They’re great for comfort, and they always stay in place without rolling or bunching up.

9. Beachbody Gear

Affordable sportswear with innovative technology.

(Credit: beachbody.gear / Instagram)

When I think of Beachbody Gear, I don’t exactly expect it to give me a “beach body” — but what really stands out is the technology behind their gear. It’s not just about the look; these pieces are crafted with smart fabrics that actually enhance my performance and recovery.

(Credit: Beachbody Gearup Store SG)

For example, the Gear Up Zone Mesh Ombre Women’s Tank Top comes with integrated mesh ventilators to keep me cool, and it’s designed with NILT INNERGY — which absorbs body heat and helps relieve muscle fatigue.

Then there’s the Gear Up Go-To Twist Women’s Shorts. These are created with DRY-TEK technology, which means moisture gets wicked away instantly. I also love the inner waistband with SORBTEK technology that promotes quick evaporation, so I stay dry and comfortable no matter how intense the workout gets.

For the guys, Gear Up Everyday 10 Knit Men’s Shorts are made with the same DRY-TEK technology, giving that same awesome breathability and moisture-wicking benefits. Pair them with the Gear Up Energy Wave Men’s Tank Top, which uses sustainable bamboo charcoal to naturally reduce odours.

10. Leorrey Sportswear

Versatile and stylish sportswear below $25.

(Credit: Leorrey Sportswear Store)

While Leorrey Sportswear is on the pricier side of the affordable activewear brand spectrum, I just can’t resist how cute their sports bottoms are! They’ve got skirts that are stylish enough to wear outside of the gym — I love that versatility.

(Credit: Leorrey Sportswear Store)

If you’re like me and enjoy a vibrant pop of colour in your workout gear, definitely check out the Leorrey Sports Color Contrast Bra Top. Pair that with their crowd-favourite Leorrey Sports High Elastic Gradient Macarons Sports Top for a fun, sporty look that turns heads.

Though, my number 2 pick would definitely be the Leorrey Pleated Tennis Skirt. It cinches at the waist for a super flattering fit and provides just the right amount of coverage with built-in inner shorts. And why number 2, you might wonder? Well, that’s because the Leorrey Women’s Sports Leggings totally stole my heart! I knew I had to have them when I found out they could lift my butt and hide my tummy rolls — talk about confidence in a pair of leggings.

11. Hi Active SG

Seamless sportswear with an Asian fit.

Is your go-to gym Active SG? Then, I think you should definitely check out Hi Active SG sportswear (hahaha). But jokes aside, their affordable activewear really delivers, especially with their seamless options. I love that I don’t have to worry about uncomfortable seams rubbing against my skin or causing irritation during workouts!

A few of my top picks:

  • Long Sleeves Cropped Yoga Top: Super stylish and breathable, perfect for those cooler studio sessions. It’s flattering and stays in place while you flow through your poses.
  • Long Sleeves Compression Fit Top: This one gives me the support I need for everything from HIIT to yoga. The compression fit keeps everything in place, and it’s snug without feeling suffocating.
  • High Waist Biker Pants Workout Shorts: These conform perfectly to my body shape, and the best part? No awkward camel toe situation!
  • Yoga Legging Pants with Pockets: These leggings are a dream — not only do they come with pockets (yes, please), but they also have an Asian Fit, meaning they offer a shorter and slimmer cut that’s perfect for us petite girls.

12. Xexymix Official Store

Affordable K-style activewear with a flattering fit.

(Credit: xexymix_global / Instagram)

Yes, we all know Korea for the best face masks, makeup, and skincare… but did you know they also have some of the best affordable sportswear? When it comes to Xexymix vs Lululemon, Xexymix offers a very similar sleek, high-performance look and feel, but at a fraction of the price. If you’re looking to save while still getting the style and quality you love from Lululemon, Xexymix is definitely a brand you should check out.

My friend recently tried the Cella V-Up 3D Leggings from Xexymix, and let me just say — she’s obsessed! These leggings have a body-contouring fit that shapes and lifts in all the right places, giving your bum a firm, round look. Seriously, she swears her booty looks so much better in them!

She also tried the Soft Touch Slit Short Sleeve Top, and she absolutely loved how unique and feminine it was. The subtle slit on the side adds a nice touch of style while still being comfortable and functional for workouts. For something a little more playful, she also got the Crop Short Sleeve with cute ruched details on the sides. It hikes up a little at the ribs for that perfect cropped look, and she says it’s the ideal balance of cute and comfy.

13. Conchwear

K-style activewear that will channel your inner K-drama lead.

(Credit: Pilates Yoga Gym World)

Conchwear is the affordable activewear brand in Singapore that’ll have you feeling like you just stepped out of a K-drama. With their effortlessly chic styles and velvety soft fabrics, you’ll be serving main character energy from the gym to the streets.

What I adore most about Conchwear is their soft pastel colours — they’re like a dream come true for anyone who loves a pop of subtle sweetness! Whether you’re feeling the minty fresh vibes of sage green or you’re more of Tiffany’s kind of girl, their colours are so pretty, you’ll feel like you’re living in your own K-drama montage.

And the best part? No awkward moments with Conchwear leggings. You won’t have to worry about camel toes or visible panty lines! They’re made with the ideal thickness to offer support, yet still feel light and breathable.

14. TYR

Comfortable activewear for competitive runners.

(Credit: TYR Official Store)

One of my friends is a marathon enthusiast and she’s constantly training from one race to another. She’s always on the lookout for gear that can keep up with her intense training and long-distance runs. Recently, she switched to TYR for her workout and race gear; she swears by the brand for its combination of performance and style — especially when she’s training for a 40km race.

(Credit: TYR Official Store)

Here’s what she loves:

  • TYR Mantra Skylar Top: It offers incredible support and breathability for her long-distance runs. The fabric is lightweight, wicks away sweat, and stretches perfectly to move with her.
  • TYR Lenny Ladies Shorts: They’re super comfortable with a snug fit that doesn’t ride up, which is crucial when she’s running for hours. She loves how the fabric feels like a second skin, and it stays in place no matter how many miles she clocks in.
  • TYR Louisa Skorts: On days when she’s cross-training or doing lighter jogs, my friend goes for the Louisa Skorts. The built-in compression shorts give her all the support she needs, while the skirt adds a feminine touch.
  • TYR Tanya Workout Shorts: For strength days, she loves the Tanya Workout Shorts. They offer just the right amount of compression and are perfect for switching between different types of workouts as part of her marathon training.
