“I don’t mind sharing, you just need to wait for seven of us. Oh and I’m on my second set.” Nothing kills the mood to workout faster than a long queue at the public gym squat rack. You’re making the effort to prioritise fitness but long hours in the office and life’s circumstances are forcing you to hit the gym at peak hours. Thankfully, with the copious amounts of 24 hour gym outlets popping up across Singapore, you no longer need to have your momentum halted because of work or the crowd.
The various differences between each gym might be off-putting, especially if you’re new and trying to get into working out. Know the difference and get your midnight workout fix with these 6 24 hour gyms, even if you’re pulling an all-nighter at work!
Remember California Fitness? Former CF coaches and customers decided to band together to create 24xFitness: a gym created by the fitness community for the fitness community. Currently, there are two 24 hour gym outlets located in the eastern part of Singapore. Members will be spoilt for choice as they enjoy the convenience of using equipment apart from the usual dumbbells and benches. Hit all the necessary muscle groups with Bosu Balls, Battle Ropes, Sandbags and more. The gym also encourages participating in training courses with Personal Trainers, offering two very different courses to cater to your needs. Currently, they are charging $79 per month if you’re locked in for 18 months, $89 per month if you’re locked in for 12 months and $25 on a per entry basis.
