Do people in Singapore actually celebrate Halloween? 31 October is almost here, and you’ll be surprised to find that there’s a wide range of spooky festivities happening all over the island. More than just Halloween Horror Nights, there are tons of kid-friendly neighbourhood events, guided tours of historic (and haunted) grounds, and more! There’s something for everyone with these exciting Halloween events in Singapore this 2025!

1. Halloween Horror Nights 13 Singapore

No Halloween season in Singapore would be complete without the extremely popular Halloween Horror Nights (HHN). This year, USS is featuring the hit Netflix series Stranger Things in one of its haunted houses, bringing to life the twisted parallel universe of the Upside Down with terrifying creatures like the Demodogs and the Mind Flayer.

One of the haunted houses takes place in a familiar Singaporean neighbourhood – only this one has been corrupted by a demonic sinseh who threatens to trap you in its corridors. Other than blood-chilling haunted houses, visitors to HHN 13 can look forward to two scare zones, three live shows, and, of course, entry into major USS rides like Revenge of the Mummy and Battlestar Galactica.

Pro Tip: Do note that Halloween Horror Nights Singapore 2025 is not recommended for children below 13 years old. In addition, wearing Halloween costumes and full-face masks are not allowed at HHN!

2. Trick or Thrills @ USS

For something more kid-friendly, head over to USS for some exciting daytime Halloween events! Visitors can look forward to fun Halloween-themed activities, like Trick-or-Treating sessions and photo opportunities with Despicable Me characters.

The loveable Minion Monsters will be making an appearance in the first ever Belloween Bash, a brand new show featuring music, fun and mischief. You can also look out for photo opportunities with well-known monsters like Wolfman, Dracula, Bride of Frankenstein and for the first time, the Mummy, who will be roaming about the park

3. Haw Ror Villa 4 – The Final Journey

Would you pay money to go to hell? Well, not literally, of course. If you haven’t been to Haw Par Villa, there’s no better time than the present, as Hell’s Museum is holding its final Halloween event – Haw Ror Villa 4.

This year, Hell’s Museum is ramping up its Halloween activities with not just two, but three scare zones. Exciting themed storylines await in each scare zone, with a haunted house in Zone one, an interactive guided tour in Zone two, and a puzzle-hunting activity in Zone three. Do note that the experience includes depictions of death, gore, and body horror. Parental guidance is highly recommended for children aged six and below.

Thrillseekers who are looking for a truly novel and immersive experience, this one’s for you. This 3d2n outdoor adventure invites participants to spend their Halloween camping at Pulau Ubin. With ghost hunts, seances, and midnight rituals, this Halloween activity is not for the faint of heart. Organised in partnership with the Paranormal Team of Singapore, there will be activities such as paranormal investigation workshops and midnight ghost hunts with ghost-hunting equipment.

The event fee covers various expenses, including round-trip transportation to the island and camping permits. Meals are also provided, with a BBQ party on the agenda. All participants need to prepare are their own camping necessities such as tents, sleeping bags, and personal belongings.
