For all Westies, Jurong East Swimming Complex is one of the more popular public swimming pools in Singapore, and for good reason. Fully equipped with many facilities and attractions, it’s second only to the various established water parks in Singapore! It’s also a (significantly) cheaper alternative to the pricier water parks!!
You can look forward to three huge slides that’ll get your adrenaline pumping, a decently long lazy river for you to float along, and even a huge wave pool! Two of the slides require a large float (which makes the ride even more thrilling), that are available for rent for a small fee. The floats are also great for chilling on as you drift along the lazy river or fight the currents in the wave pool!
There is also a children’s play area for the little ones, that’ll be the highlight of their day!
Pro Tip: After putting your bags in the locker, ensure you have some spare cash to rent the floats!

7. Our Tampines Hub
Our Tampines Hub is definitely every kid’s dream swimming pool in Singapore! The interactive swimming pool combines their love for exploring and water, and is an experience not to be missed!
From tipping buckets to water sprinklers and even various slides, your little one will have a whale of a time. There is also a wading pool for younger kids to sit around and play in, and it is consistently 0.3 metres deep so you don’t have to worry too much about deep waters.
That being said, it’s still necessary to have at least one parent or guardian with the child at all times. You’ll never know what can happen, and it’s better to be safe than sorry. Especially since there are still deep pools around the area.
