Ingredients:

  • 70ml Somersby Watermelon Cider
  • 70ml Somersby Apple Cider
  • 20g watermelon w/o rind
  • 10ml lemongrass
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • A pinch of sea salt

  • 1 fresh mint sprig
  • Ice cubes

Recipe:

  1. In a shaker tin, gently muddle the watermelon, lemongrass, and lemon juice

  • 60ml coffee liqueur

  2. Place the pot over your stove or induction cooker
  3. Turn your stove on to a low-medium heat and stir the entire mixture together
  4. Make sure you keep stirring so that all the ingredients are mixed together
