The variety here is so extensive that I couldn’t stop going back for more! Enjoy grand mains like the Bone-in Veal Leg Roast with Chimichurri Spice Rub, or grab a serving of the Christmas Turkey over at the carving station. They’ve also nailed the Asian flavours; from Chinese roasts to Indian dishes, there’s something for everyone.

When it comes to buffets, the Four Seasons Hotel lives up to its name as one of the best in Singapore — I mean it’s your go to four all seasons. 

This holiday, their in-house One-Ninety Restaurant is throwing festive-themed buffets featuring seasonal favourites that replicate a traditional Western Christmas dinner and brunch. Look forward to their Christmas Day Brunch’s live station, which serves made-to-order Salt-Crusted Baked Ora King Salmon, and a to-die-for Roasted US Prime Rib.
