Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • Kewpie mayonnaise
  • ~ 1/2 garlic (minced)

Recipe Instructions:

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Shin Ramyun noodles
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 cup of kimchi
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • Korean seasoned seaweed (optional)

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Place a pan with two cups of water on the stove. Bring it to a boil and add in Shin Ramyun instant noodles

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Jin Jjajang Ramen
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of white truffle olive oil concentrate

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Place a pot with two cups of water on the stove. Add in the garnish packet along with the Jin Jjajang Ramen (available on Shine Korea), and bring to a boil.
  2. Once the noodles are done, add in the sauce packet.

  2. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  3. In a separate non-stick frying pan (available on Shopee Supermarket), add the butter and fry it till it’s almost fully melted.
  4. Then, add the minced garlic and mix both the melted butter and garlic together till the garlic browns.
  5. Next, add soy sauce and McCormick Crushed Red Pepper (both available on Shopee Supermarket) into the pan and continue mixing
  6. Add brown sugar (available on Shopee Supermarket) and mix till dissolved. Brown sugar helps balance out the saltiness of the soy sauce.
  7. Add one to two tablespoons of water into the mixture.
  8. Throw in the cooked noodles and mix them together with the sauce in the pan. Ensure that all the noodles are fully coated with the sauce. Use a pair of silicone tongs (available on Shopee Supermarket)  to better toss your noodles.

  • 1 medium sized carrot (shredded)
  • 2 large cabbage leaves (shredded)

  5. Next, beat the two eggs. Pour the mixture into the bowl and mix well.
  6. Heat up a frying pan over medium-high heat and add some oil.
  7. Once the pan is hot, portion out the batter with ⅓ measuring cup and carefully add the portions into the pan.

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces bok choy (cut the stems and leaves separately)
  • 1 packet of spicy instant noodles of your choice
  • KFC chicken (quantity to your liking)
  • 1 glass of water
  • Hot sauce or sriracha (optional)

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Remove the chicken skin off the KFC chicken pieces. Toast the chicken at 350-degrees for 10 minutes. You can also toast it in an air fryer.
  2. Once done, peel the chicken meat off the bones.

Sesame Chicken:

  • 250g chicken (minced)

Recipe Instructions:

To cook the sesame chicken

  1. In a bowl, add the minced chicken (available on Tasty Food Affair), together with all the marinade ingredients — oyster sauce, white pepper, sesame oil (all available on Shopee Supermarket), soy sauce, black pepper and garlic. Mix well. 
  2. Set a wok (available on Shopee Supermarket) over the stove and pour peanut oil (available on EAT ORGANIC) or vegetable oil into it. Once hot, stir fry the chicken till it’s cooked. Set aside once done.

To cook the vegetables

3. Wash the bok choy thoroughly and cut into quarters.

4. Add water into a pot and bring it to boil.

5. Next, blanch the bok choy for 30 seconds and set aside.

To cook the instant noodles

6. Add water into a pot and bring it to a boil.

7. Add the Shin Ramyun instant noodles into the pot, together with the accompanying flavourings.

8. Cook until the noodles are soft or al dente (whichever is to your liking)

Fry the egg and plate

9. Fry the egg in a sunny side style in a hot pan with oil.

10. Pour the instant noodles into a bowl together with the soup.

11. Add the sesame chicken, blanched bok choy and top with the fried egg. Voila!

8. Thai Spicy Instant Noodles

  1. To make the sauce, take a large bowl (available on Shopee Supermarket) and add brown sugar, lime juice, Nam Prik Pao, fish sauce (available on Shopee Supermarket), chilli padi (available on SLHFRESHFRUITS) and garlic. Stir well until sugar dissolves.
  2. Heat a pan of water over the stove and wait for it to boil.
  3. Then add the prawns (available on Ah Hock Kelong) and squid (available on QQMart) into the boiling water. Blanch for two minutes.
  4. Remove the prawns and squid with a strainer and toss them into the bowl with the sauce. Mix well.
  5. Using the same pan of boiling water, add the Maggi 2-Min Chicken Noodles (available on Shopee Supermarket) and cook for two minutes.
  6. Drain the noodles and add them to the mixing bowl with the other ingredients. Mix well with the seafood and sauce.

  • 1 packet of Shin Ramyun noodles (or any ramen noodles of your choice)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Green onions (optional)

Recipe Instructions:

  1. Place a pan with two cups of water on the stove. Bring it to a boil and add in Shin Ramyun instant noodles.
  2. Before the noodles are fully cooked, sieve them out and rinse under cold water. This may help remove any impurities, excess oil and may also make the noodles chewier. Set aside the cooked noodles. 
  3. In the pan, add two more cups of water and pour in all the accompanying noodle seasoning. Leave the soup to boil. 
  4. Meanwhile, crack the egg and beat it in a small bowl.
  5. Stir the soup, faster and faster until you reach a ‘tornado’ like effect.
  6. After which slowly drizzle the beaten egg into the soup. You’ll notice that the egg coats over the soup in a fluffy consistency.
  7. Add the green onions to the soup followed by the cooked ramen noodles.
  8. Let it cook for a minute or so and stir occasionally.
