What is so special about Biscoff?

Deriving from the combination of biscuit and coffee, Lotus Biscoff has been enjoying great fame in Singapore and other parts of the world. This caramelised biscuit was first created to go hand in hand with a hot cup of black coffee – adding a hint of sweetness to the otherwise bitter cuppa.

But the strong irresistible flavours of cinnamon and caramel soon made it a staple for sinful snacks and desserts (think the oh-so-popular Dalgona coffee). Just like how matcha used to reign in bakeries and cafes, Biscoff-flavoured everything has become the new IT trend in the food department. The original biscuits have since expanded to other snack variations like chocolates and spreads – which proved to be just as decadent as Nutella! The Lotus Biscoffs pairs so well with everything thanks to its light crunch and subtle sweetness, there’s no way you’d go wrong with Biscoff for your Valentine’s Day recipes!
